Thank you for booking with us. Here is everything you need to know before the big day.

Check your inbox
Your booking confirmation and e-tickets are on their way by email. Not there in a few minutes? Check your spam or promotions folder.

Keep your ticket handy
Save the email or screenshot your ticket. You will show it on your phone at check-in, no printing needed.

Find the meeting point
The meeting point and check-in time are on your confirmation and on the boat party page. Aim to arrive 15–20 minutes early.

Paid a deposit?
Your confirmation email explains how and when the remaining balance is paid. Keep it to hand on the day.

- Swimwear & a towel
- Sun cream & sunglasses
- A charged phone for the photos
