This policy explains when you can get your money back for a boat party booked through Boatpartytickets.com. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Deposits and tickets
Deposit payments and ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the boat party trip is cancelled.
2. If a trip is cancelled
If the boat party trip is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of what you paid for it.
3. Changes to the boat
We and the operator reserve the right to change the boat for the trip if necessary — this could be due to a mechanical fault or a logistical problem.
4. Weather and sea conditions
We and the operator reserve the right to bring the trip forward, or postpone it, by a maximum of 24 hours — this could be due to weather or sea conditions.
If this happens and you are no longer in the holiday destination, or you are in transit to or already in your home country, you will be issued a full refund. Please note you may need to provide a screenshot of your boarding pass.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email us at info@boatpartytickets.com with your booking reference, the name the booking is under and, where it applies, a screenshot of your boarding pass.
6. Individual boat parties
Some boat parties have their own cancellation terms, shown on that boat party’s page under “Cancellations & weather”. Where they differ, the terms on the boat party’s page apply to that trip.
