3. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposit payments and ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the boat party trip is cancelled. We and the operator reserve the right to change the boat for the trip if necessary — this could be due to a mechanical fault or a logistical problem. We and the operator also reserve the right to bring the trip forward, or postpone it, by a maximum of 24 hours — this could be due to weather or sea conditions. If this happens and you are no longer in the holiday destination, or you are in transit to or already in your home country, you will be issued a full refund. Please note you may need to provide a screenshot of your boarding pass.

We are a third party website that sells boat party trips, so we will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, deaths, or loss or damage of personal property on board any of the boat party trips. Any of the above should be reported to the boat operator as soon as possible, and to your personal travel insurance.
